The beautiful hills of Tuscany, covered by vineyards and olive trees, surround this one-of-a-kind Property of 560 hectares. It is located just 2 km from Rapolano Terme, in the province of Siena, 20 km from Siena, 45 km from Arezzo, 45 km from Montepulciano and about 90 km from Firenze. It consists of 13 farmhouses which are used for farm holidays with the possibility to accommodate about up to 60 guests. Three of them have been totally renovated in accordance with the old traditional Tuscan style; however they are equipped with all modern comforts, at the same time. Together with the Restaurant, they represent a great investment opportunity that can be certainly further developed in many other different ways. The property also includes a salt water swimming pool which is available to all the guests of the Farm. Both the apartments and the suites have a fully equipped kitchenette. The other buildings, except for two of them, are all in good condition. Just as in the past, Tenuta Armaiolo lives off its products. It produces the “Grance Senesi” DOC wine, on a specialized 3 hectares vineyard, by using a technological cellar for the tranformation and the ageing process and the final bottling and storage activity. It is also completed by a tasting area. Tenuta Armaiolo also produces extra virgin olive oil (thanks to its own mill and 15.000 olive trees which undergo super-intensive cultivation systems designed for mechanical harvesting), corn, other kinds of cereals and cured meats which come from its "Cinta Senese" breeding, as well as other products that can be purchased directly from the Farm. There are also five artificial ponds that have been just created for the basic needs of the Farm and to practice sport fishing. The property also includes a biomass production plant, which has never been used, of about 1000 sqm with various outbuildings and an important photovoltaic system of about 800 Kwp which makes the energy autonomy and sale of it possible; there are also some sheds for the storage of all equipments and goods, drying kilns and silos. A small private Romanesque church is located just ten meters away and it is used for weddings and other ceremonies. Tenuta Armaiolo is located about 1.5 km from the large “Antiqua Querciolaia” Thermal Baths which provide many swimming pools and a well-equipped wellness center. On a large part of the property, about 400 hectares, there is a wildlife reserve and a hunting company with a dog-training area and a pheasant farm. A part of the land of Tenuta Armaiolo is included in the project called "International Park for Thermal Tourism" and therefore, according to the general town-planning map, around 110.000 cubic meters could be built on a 100 hectares land with the intended use identified by D6 (Thermal Park).
