I was referred to Laura after having a very negative experience with my first Realtor. I can say I was blown away by the difference between what Laura brought to table versus my first realtor. Laura took the time to educate me on the market, provided a market analysis, and explained how despite being in one of the most competitive markets in the country she knew how to work with the sellers and make my offer stand out.

I was fortunate to work with someone like Laura who has an extensive network of contacts and knows how to utilize to the clients benefit. She has also lived in the area for several years which gives her an edge on understanding this unique market.

The home Laura found for me wasn't even on the market and was owned by a friend of hers which made the process even easier. My off-market deal prevented me from having to deal with a bidding war or fickle owners as I had with my first Realtor. And despite the fact that the seller was a friend, she had no problem having those uncomfortable conversations during the negotiating process. I specifically remember her saying "Yes, the seller is my friend but I work for you Matt, not him." Laura even paid for the pool/clubhouse key ($50) out of her own pocket since it was not handed over at closing with all the other keys.

Throughout the entire process from the showing to closing Laura was extremely responsive to my calls, texts and emails and provided quality responses to my questions. She also worked very well with my lender despite it the fact that it was the first time they worked together.
