A Moment to Say Thank You

This one means a lot to me, and I wanted to take a moment to say thank you.

Last Saturday night, I was honored to be recognized as the 2025 #1 individual agent for Coldwell Banker Realty in Colorado, serving clients across Boulder County, with just under $50,000,000 in closed volume. Earlier that same week, I was also recognized as the #1 individual agent in the Boulder office, a group of more than 100 agents. The recognition was shared at the annual Coldwell Banker Gala at The Broadmoor, an event that brings together many of the top agents from across the state. I wasn’t able to attend this year, as I was with clients, but it meant a great deal to have my team’s hard work recognized.
The photo here was texted to me during the ceremony by a good friend and colleague. It’s not a professional shot, but it captures the spirit of the evening.

I work primarily with buyers and sellers in Boulder, Lyons, and the surrounding areas.

What stays with me most is not the number. It’s the people behind it. Every transaction represents a relationship, and often a meaningful transition in someone’s life. Being invited into such an important moment in people’s lives is an honor, and not something I take lightly, especially in a place like Boulder and Lyons where homes carry so much character and history.
To my clients, thank you for your trust. Whether we worked together once or many times, whether you referred a friend or simply stayed connected, your support and faith in our abilities mean more than I can easily express. To my colleagues and partners, thank you for your professionalism and collaboration. And to this community, thank you for continuing to make this work feel purposeful.

More than anything, I’m simply grateful.
