Led by a fermentation lover, Yoshua Greenfield’s mindful approach towards cooking is easeful, fun and meditative. You’ll walk away feeling confident to craft up your own sourdough bread at home, and also learn how to use said dough to bake all sorts of things. This class isn’t just about crafting the perfect loaf; it’s an exploration of life, patience, and creativity through the lens of baking.

-The basics of creating and maintaining a sourdough starter
-How to make and mix your dough and how to turn it into a great loaf as well as how to use that dough to make all sorts of things (naan, pita, pizza, etc).
– Insights into how sourdough can be an easeful meditative process and be incorporated into any lifestyle and schedule.
– How to find your flow with the dough.
? WHAT ELSE SHOULD YOU KNOW? ?
-No experience is necessary
-You’ll get a printed recipe as well as your own sourdough starter to take home.
-This class is intimate; 6 people max.
– Most, if not all ingredients are organic.
– After we bake we’ll sit down for a mindful meal of fermented, preserved and fresh locally sourced organic goodies.
