DESCRIPTION:Come explore the street art of Downtown Boulder with Street Wise Arts! We offer guided walking tours led by a Street Wise Arts docent. We’ll cover murals created by local and national artists during our annual mural festival. Learn more about our organization\, street art culture\, and the various social justice causes championed by Street Wise artists. \nBonus: many murals are activated in augmented reality and we’ll show you how to bring them to life. \nTours run for approx. 2 hours and cover about 1.5-2 miles. We begin our tour at the exterior mural on the corner of Pearl and 17th (the exact address of the mural is 1647 Pearl Street Boulder\, CO 80302).   \nRegistration required. DESCRIPTION:Downtown Boulder’s Taste of Pearl (April 14\, 2024\, 2 – 6 pm) is back after a four-year hiatus! The event ran for ten years pre-pandemic and showcases the talents of some of Colorado’s most renowned restaurants & chefs. Celebrated as one of the state’s most prestigious culinary events\, the 11th anniversary of Taste of Pearl features 15 Boulder restaurants paired with 15 Colorado wineries/distilleries. DESCRIPTION:Come to the library for a monthly men’s group aimed at fostering community and connections among men in Lyons and the closely surrounding communities. \nEach gathering will kick off with a potluck feast to share food\, stories\, and camaraderie. There will be plenty of time for sharing a bit about yourself and speaking to what is alive for everyone in a group setting. \nBring a dish to share along with any necessary serving utensils. If possible\, label ingredients for those with dietary restrictions. Disposable dining items will be provided\, but feel free to bring your own if you’d like to reduce waste. \nNo RSVP is required; simply show up and join us for an enriching evening of food\, fellowship\, and meaningful conversation.
