Visitors purchase handmade ceramic tasting bowls for $20 and each bowl comes with 5 free tastings of chili + 1 vote for the People’s Choice award. Then, a panel of dignitary judges do a blind tasting and pick Best Overall chili and Best Vegetarian chili.
